DV-Rekorder, DV-Recorder, Videokamera als Webcam benutzen

Ausgangspunkt:
Man hat eine TV-Karte installiert, an den Input eine Videokamera (bei mir ist es eine Hi-8) angeschlossen.

Problem:
Manche Programme wie z.b. Yahoo, MSN, VLC, Pinnacle & Co., BSPlayer und weiter können die Kamera ohne weiteres als Webcam benutzen, ohne dass es sie stört, dass es in Wirklichkeit gar keine Webcam ist.

ABER:

z.B. Skype, und mein heute getestetes Miranda – Webcam – Videochat – Plugin wollen die Kamera einfach nicht akzeptieren. Ich könne zwar über Fake-Webcam einige Metal-Videos abspielen, aber das ist ja nicht Sinn und Zweck der Sache.

Lösung:

Ich wollte gerade aufgeben, da sehe ich das Programm Splitcam, welches EINE Kameraquelle unterschiedlichen und gleichzeitig (ganz wichtig) mehreren Programmen zuordnen kann. Dabei wandelt es auch auf irgendeine Art und Weise das Signal um, sodaß Skype und auch das Miranda Plugin die Kamera, bzw. das von Splitcam weitergeleitete Signal empfängt.

Fazit: Jetzt bin ich erstmal glücklich.
